ARTS AWARD

The Arts Award is a UK-based qualification designed to inspire young people (ages 5-25) to explore and engage with the arts while developing creative and leadership skills. Managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England, it is available at five levels: Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level encourages participants to:
-
Explore the Arts: Learn about different art forms such as music, dance, theatre, visual arts, and film.
-
Create Art: Develop their own artistic work through creative projects and activities.
-
Participate and Share: Take part in arts events, workshops, and performances, and share their experiences with others.
-
Develop Leadership Skills: Particularly at higher levels, participants take on leadership roles by organizing projects, guiding others, and contributing to the arts community.
Through the Arts Award, young people gain recognition for their achievements, build confidence, and can work towards qualifications that are valued by employers and educational institutions. It’s a flexible program that can be delivered in schools, youth centres, cultural organisations, or independently, tailored to individual interests and skills.
