At Young Designers Academy, we introduce students to the wonderful world of design careers—from Architecture and Interior Design to Fashion, Product Design, Illustration, Graphic Design, and more. Young creatives are invited to discover and explore the dynamic fields of design and construction through hands-on experiences and creative exploration.
Whether your interests lie in architectural structures, interior spaces, or artistic expression through drawing and sketching, we offer courses to suit every passion. Students will gain contemporary design skills and be introduced to design thinking—a powerful approach to solving complex problems with creativity and innovation.
All our training is delivered by industry professionals at our dedicated studio in Milford, Surrey. The studio is also open for GCSE and A-Level coursework support, with individual tuition and expert guidance available for portfolio development.
Accreditation
Students at Young Designers Academy can gain recognition for their creativity and hard work through AQA Unit Awards. Each project-based unit highlights the tools and materials they’ve explored, as well as the practical and design skills they’ve developed. Over time, these awards build into a portfolio that demonstrates their progress, showcases their achievements, and celebrates their journey as young designers.

ARTS AWARD
The Arts Award is a national qualification that inspires young people up to the age of 25 to grow their arts and leadership talents.
The Arts Award levels—Explore, Bronze, Silver, and Gold—are recognised on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The Gold level, in particular, can contribute significantly to a university or college application due to the UCAS points conferred by it.
