Workshop: Design your own Apartment Date: 17 February Time: 9:30-16:30 Cost: £90 (includes all materials and refreshments. Please bring own packed lunch) Age: Suitable for high school-aged students Design Your Own Apartment: From Concept to 3D Model Full-Day Workshop In this hands-on, full-day workshop, students become interior designers and take an apartment project from first ideas to a finished 3D model. The morning focuses on designing your own dream apartment, while the afternoon brings those ideas to life through model-making. Morning Session: Designing Your Apartment In the morning, participants explore how interior designers shape spaces that reflect personality, lifestyle, and function. You’ll develop a design concept for your own apartment, from overall style and layout to colours, furniture, and finishes. What You’ll Do: * Explore apartment styles and define your personal design concept * Create a moodboard using colours, images, textures, and keywords * Sketch a basic apartment layout and select furniture, lighting, and finishes * Present your design and reflect on your creative choices What You’ll Learn: * Basics of interior and spatial design * How moodboards communicate visual ideas * How design affects comfort, mood, and functionality * Creative thinking and presentation skills Afternoon Session: From Design to 3D Model In the afternoon, you’ll bring your apartment design to life by building a physical 3D model. Using your morning design as a guide, you’ll explore scale, layout, and spatial ideas in three dimensions through hands-on making. Ideal for students interested in interior design, architecture, or anyone who enjoys a creative, hands-on challenge.

Holiday Workshop Booking Policy 1. Booking & Confirmation - All workshop bookings must be made in advance through our official registration system. - Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and will be provided upon successful payment or registration. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy - If you need to cancel your child’s place in a holiday workshop, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. - As our staff and materials are arranged in advance, cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop will be non-refundable. - For cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, we may offer a refund or credit towards a future workshop at our discretion. 3. Attendance & Punctuality - Please ensure your child arrives on time for the workshop, as late arrivals may disrupt the session and impact their experience. - If your child is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. 4. Safety & Supervision - Our workshops are led by trained professionals who ensure a safe and engaging environment for all children. - Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details at the time of booking. 5. Code of Conduct - To maintain a positive atmosphere, we expect all children to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. - Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
